Manual vs Electric Toothbrush

Wychwood Dental’s Recommendations:

• Manual brushing is very difficult to clean your entire mouth with the same efficiency as electric
• There are lots of options out there, find the one that suits your needs and budget
• I like both Sonicare and Oral B, however, if you don't need all the fancy bells and whistles (different settings, travel case, fancy charger), go with a base model as the technology is the same and I find I rarely use any of the additional settings. That said, there are some individuals that require the additional settings such as a longer than 2 minute brush time, more gentle brushstroke.
