Proper Brushing Technique
Wychwood Dental’s Recommendations:
- Brush for 2 minutes and twice a day, after breakfast and after dinner/before bed
- Getting a separate tongue cleaner is preferable to using your toothbrush on your tongue, although it is still safe to do so
- Always change your toothbrush when you get sick, and then change it again once you have recovered (1-2 weeks)
